FAQs

Are classes beginner friendly?

YES! Our classes are for everybody and every BODY! Our classes are all uniquely challenging and can be modified for everyone - from the raw beginner to the experienced student and everyone in between!

We practice self-inquiry and encourage all students to listen to their bodies! Finding the mind and body connection to do what feels-good and suits you is what all our classes are about! This can look like challenging yourself during class or taking breaks and modifying.

Where is the studio located and where should I park?

Our studio is located at 1902 Greenville ave - across from Starbucks and above Tyler Kingston Mercantile. Enter through our blue door and up the stairs!

Street parking is available and parking lots are located nearby!

What is your cancellation/no-show policy?

Our cancellation policy is two hours prior to the start of class. If you cancel within the two-hour window or no-show, you may be subject to a β€œlate cancel fee.” Please be courteous to those on the waitlist for busy classes and cancel your booking if you are unable to attend class.

How early should I arrive to class?

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before class to check in, set up your mat, talk with the instructor and prepare yourself for practice. It also gives you a chance to meet other students and join the ALIGN community - which is full of amazing people (in our completely unbiased opinion 😎)!

Do you rent mats or towels?

We have mats and towels available to rent for a $5 fee.
